Today's drive was a short one, travelling from Indian Head to Regina. The day began early for members of the Regina Antique Auto Association, who drove out to Indian Head to meet the Reo and escort it to Regina. Meanwhile, the Findlays took the Reo out to the Federal Government's Experimental Farm to take pictures. In 1912, Thomas Wilby climbed to the top of the farm's barn to take a picture of the small town of Indian Head. The picture was included in his book about the original cross-Canada trip.

After a very windy, rainy night, a few showers were still falling as the parade of vehicles made their way along the Trans-Canada Highway. Soon the skyline of Regina dotted the horizon off to the west. The Regina cars led the Reo to the local Speedy, where the Findlays and John Nicol were greeted by Regina City Councillor Vic McDougall and Ben Brillant, Regina Speedy Manager.

Later in the day the Findlays were led through the private collection of Mr. Bob Myers and then to a BBQ hosted by the Regina Antique Auto Club. The Findlays were most impressed with the Saskatchewan hospitality that was shown to them.

Tomorrow's plans include a short sightseeing trip around Regina, the capital of Saskatchewan. The city began in 1882 as a small settlement near a spot called "Pile of Bones" because of all the buffalo skeletons in the area. It was soon renamed Regina, after Queen Victoria.
